The following describes the refund policy for this website and for all other websites owned by Paul Dunstan and Breakthrough Consultancy Limited (For full list see Disclaimer Page).
We are sure that you are going to love our products and services, but you are protected by a 100% money back guarantee.
If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all products that we shipped to you, delete all digital video, audio and text files that you received from us or downloaded, and ask for a full refund. You will receive your money back, usually within 24-48 hours.
To request a refund (after returning or deleting all products, physical or digital) please raise a ticket at our support desk with the words “REFUND REQUEST” in the subject line of the ticket.
To serve you and our other valued customers better in the future, we do ask (but not demand) that you tell us why you would like a refund. We do want happy customers.
Please remember that asking for a refund, but continuing to use or benefit from the products is stealing and may violate intellectual property laws. It is also stealing to work rapidly through a product (in order to learn any advanced lessons or secrets for future use) and then request a refund.
If we see reasonable evidence that you have used our training or products and seen successful results from it, which would deem the purchase worthwhile, this will invalidate your refund claim.
Please note also that if we see reasonable evidence that you are using some or all of the elements taught in our training, which would deem the purchase worthwhile, after a refund has been granted – we will see this as theft and you should expect to hear from our Lawyers. Don’t risk that – our Lawyers have sharp teeth.
The majority of our products have a refund period of 30-days, unless stated otherwise in the sales materials.
